Easy to Book
For reservations and additional information, please have your professional travel consultant call AsiaLuxe Holidays at 1-800-742-3133 in the USA. You can request both air reservations and the AsiaLuxe Holidays program with one telephone call. Reservations will be accepted up to two weeks prior to departure with full payment, if space is available. As bookings for school holiday periods, Christmas and New Year holidays are always very popular, we suggest booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Deposit and Full Payment
For bookings made more than 45 days prior to departure, a non-refundable U.S. $300 per person deposit is required upon confirmation. Final payment is due at least 45 days prior to departure date. For reservations less than 45 days prior to departure of the tour, full payment is payable upon confirmation. A late booking fee of U.S. $50.00 per person is assessed for bookings within 14 days of departure.

Changes
You may change the air or land portion of your reservation any time before documents are issued. A change fee of U.S. $25.00 per booking will be levied for each amendment made to a confirmed booking. Any change made after tickets or documents have been issued is subject to U.S. $200.00 administration fee including ticket reissue fee.

Cancellations
After a reservation has been made, the following cancellation charges, per person, are in effect:
Up to 45 days prior to departure: $300.00*
44-15 days prior to departure: $500.00*
14-7 days or less prior to departure: $1,000.00*
Day of departure: No Refund
After departure, any unused portions of any tour itinerary, including hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours, extra hotel nights, airfare or other items included in the tour are non-refundable. The purchase of trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
*Plus any cancellation charges imposed by hotels, land suppliers, cruise companies and airlines.

Insurance
We strongly recommend that you insure your vacation against cancellation or unexpected expenses incurred as a result of an accident, illness, etc. Please contact your travel agent or call AsiaLuxe Holidays for further information.

Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of each passenger to obtain a passport valid for at least six months and visas for the countries to be visited. As the entry requirements are subject to change, please consult your travel agent and/or local consulates/ embassies on visa requirements.

Health Requirements
Currently, no health requirements exist for visiting countries in Asia. However, as these requirements are subject to change, please consult your travel agent or local health department.

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:

Airfares 
Round-trip Economy class airfares on applicable airline partners. Upgrade to Business or First Class air travel can be arranged, and the appropriate supplement will be advised upon request.

Transfers and Sightseeing
Transfers and sightseeing by private auto, motor coach, or seat-in-coach, as specified in the itinerary. All admissions and entrance fees to places visited, as per the itinerary.

Hotel Accommodations
Room accommodation is provided at the hotels indicated or at hotels of comparable categories, in run-of-house category, unless otherwise indicated. Accommodation is based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room with private bath. Single rooms are available upon payment of a single room supplement.

Meals
As indicated in the itinerary based on table d’hote menu.

Tips and Taxes
All local taxes and tips on room accommodation, porterage, and meals are included in the cost of the tour, except airport taxes and gratuities to local guides.

Planning and Operation Cost
All tour planning and operation costs are included in tour rates quoted. Every effort has been made to produce pricing information accurately. We reserve the right to correct errors.

Tour Price Does Not Include:
Documentation costs, foreign airport taxes, U.S. departure tax, U.S. Immigration and Customs User Fees, September 11th Security tax, Airport Facility charges, security charges, fuel surcharges, excess baggage charges, inoculations or vaccinations, beverages not on the menu of table d’hote meals, sightseeing tours not specifically included in the itinerary, laundry, insurance, or any other item of a personal nature not specifically mentioned herein. 

Itinerary Changes
Every effort will be made to ensure that each package follows the contents of the itinerary. However, on
occasion, conditions or situations beyond our control may require revision.

Tours Including China, India, Maldives, Cruises & Trains
Separate terms and conditions with strict cancellation penalties may apply for tours that include the People’s Republic of China, India, Maldives, Cruises and Eastern & Oriental Express train. Additional information will be given to you upon booking.

Responsibility
AsiaLuxe Holidays (operated by Plan Asia, Inc.) has made arrangements for the tour services described in this brochure. Hotels and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not the agents, employees or servants of, or joint venturers with Plan Asia, or its affiliates. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by AsiaLuxe Holidays are subject to terms and conditions specified by the supplier and the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied. By agreeing to utilize the services of AsiaLuxe Holidays, the tour participant agrees that neither Plan Asia or its affiliates nor its or other employees or agents, shall be liable for any delay, inconvenience, loss of employment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act of omission of Plan Asia or its affiliates, or their employees or agents. Further, the tour participant agrees that neither Plan Asia or its affiliates, nor its or their employees or agents, shall be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of personal injury, accident, or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, resulting from: (1) the act or omission on the part of any person other than Plan Asia or its employees; (2) acts of God, sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather, or any cause beyond Plan Asia’s direct control. No person, other than a representative of Plan Asia, authorized by a document in writing, may vary, add or waive any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions. Written notice of any claim against AsiaLuxe Holidays must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after the date that services were provided to a tour participant. All terms and conditions,including fares, schedules and rates are subject to change without notice.

THIS IS A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PLAN, FOR FURTHER INFORMATION ASK FOR THE TRAVEL INSURANCE CERTIFICATE WHICH FULLY DETAILS THE COVERAGES, PROVISIONS, LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS OF THE  PLAN OFFERED AND IS AVAILABLE TO YOU, UPON REQUEST, AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO YOUR PURCHASE OF THE PLAN.

This plan does not cover a loss that results from an illness, disease, or other condition (of you, an Immediate Family Member, Traveling Companion or Business Partner), event or circumstance which occurs at a time when this plan is not in effect for you. Certain exclusions and limitations apply and are detailed in the Travel Insurance Certificate. For example, coverage does not apply to: any sickness or condition of you, a Traveling Companion, Immediate Family Member or Business Partner traveling with you that existed during the 60 days prior to the effective date of the coverages (this exclusion is waived if your premium is received within 7 days of your initial deposit/payment for your trip), suicide, normal pregnancy, war or any act of war, mental or nervous disorders. Other Covered Events, as defined, includes the following events or their consequences: common carrier delay due to strike, cancellation of arrangements by an airline, cruise line or tour operator due to strike or bad weather; a documented traffic accident while en route to departure; jury duty; destruction of your Home or workplace by a natural disaster; or a documented theft of passports or visas. A Traveling Companion is defined as a person booked to share accommodations in the same room with you during your Trip. Sickness or Injury must require care by a Physician and must commence while the Travel Protection Plan is in effect for you.
